Key Responsibilities
As our General Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving our sales operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and motivating our sales team to reach their full potential.
- Setting daily sales appointments and targets.
- Creating and implementing effective marketing plans and strategies for our business partners.
- Driving sales and generating revenue in our high energy, fun, and family-centric environment.
- Meet and exceed personal and company sales goals.
Qualifications:
The right candidate for this role should be a dynamic sales leader with a passion for radio. We are seeking someone who can inspire a team, drive sales, and contribute to the success of our station.
- Proven experience in sales management.
- A track-record in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- The ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Radio sector experience is preferred.
