15 Year old Seriously Injured in Crash

(Ste. Genevieve County, MO) A teenager from Jackson, a 15 year old male, is suffering serious injuries after he was involved in a one car wreck in Ste. Genevieve County Sunday afternoon at 1:20. Highway Patrol records indicate the boy was driving the car north on Interstate 55, north of Route Z, when he lost control of the vehicle and it ran off the right side of the highway. He overcorrected and the car rolled over, throwing the 15 year old out. He was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the wreck and was flown to St. Louis Children's Hospital.
