April is STD Awareness Month

(St. Francois County, MO) April is STD awareness month and officials at the St. Francois County Health Center are spreading the word about sexual diseases and their transmission. A Registered Nurse with the St. Francois County Health Center, Liz Maserang, says the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases in St. Francois County is high.

Maserang adds if you suspect you may have an STD you can come to the St. Francois County Health Center, in Park Hills, for free testing.
