Bismarck Special Election July 14

(Bismarck, Mo) - The special election to decide the winner of the Ward 2 aldermanic race in Bismarck will be held July 14th.  The incumbent candidate, Lochie Counts, says she encourages residents in Ward 2 to exercise their right to vote.

Counts, and her opponent, Dustin Garling both received 35 votes. The tie remained after a hand count of the votes was performed a couple days after the election.
