Bonne Terre Awarded Sidewalk Grant

Bonne Terre, Mo. (KFMO) - The City of Bonne Terre will be getting a new Transportation Alternative Program, or TAP, grant to upgrade sidewalks in town.

City Administrator of Bonne Terre, Shawn Kay, says the grant covers repairing, replacing, or in some cases, building new sidewalks.

Kay adds the grant is for $523,000 in Federal funds that will be used through MoDOT for the project.
