Bonne Terre Residents Injured in Crash

(Washington County, MO) A man and a woman from Bonne Terre, 50 year old James Turnbull, and 48 year old Nicole Turnbull, are suffering serious injuries after a pick up crashed Sunday night in Washington County. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the Turnbulls were headed north on highway E near Music Road, at 6:20, when the driver James Turnbull attempted to avoid an oncoming vehicle. Turnbull's truck ran off the right side of the road, then came back onto the highway, and ran off the right side of the road a second time. The pick up then smashed into a ditch and rolled over. The Turnbull's were taken to Mercy Hospital South. James Turnbull was wearing his seat belt when the wreck took place yet Nicole Turnbull was not.
