Budget to Governor by May 5th

(Jefferson City, MO) Members of the Missouri Senate are looking at the new fiscal year budget proposal from House members. State Representative, Mike Henderson, says by law they must have a balanced budget and this year it looks like the state may have a surplus.

Henderson adds the general assembly must have the budget to the Governor by May 5th.
