Canadian Group Brings Jobs to Parkland

(Bismarck, MO) A Canadian company, I.K.O. Industries Limited, will be coming to St. Francois County. State Representative, Dale Wright, says the company is making a $130 million investment to bring about 80 new jobs to the Bismarck area.

According to Wright a new gas pipeline would run from Desloge to the Iron Mountain Lake area to supply the business. Wright adds since the city of Bismarck would own the gas line, Bismarck would collect the tax revenue from it.
