Columbia Street Mercantile Recognizes Corrections Workers

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The Columbia Street Mercantile store in Farmington is recognizing Correctional Facility workers with a special ice cream giveaway.

The owner of Columbia Street Mercantile, Tim King, says he was approached by a community member with the idea of doing something special for correctional facility workers in St. Francois County.

According to King, the giveaway will take place in the form of free ice cream of certificates distributed to correctional workers.

King also invites everyone to come visit Columbia Street Mercantile for homemade ice cream, toys, candies, and other special items at 30 West Columbia, in Farmington.
