Company Hits Watermain, Causing Outage

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - Farmington residents have their water service back after a company hit a watermain between Edward and Walter streets Tuesday afternoon.

The service was out for several hours. Crews were installing fiber optics when the main was hit. According to Farmington Public Works officials about 300 customers were affected by the outage.

Service was restored to all customers by 3:30 Tuesday afternoon.
