County Authorities Looking for Man

(Bismarck, MO) Area law enforcement officials are looking for a man who, according to reports, has a history of mental illness and was allegedly spotted walking around Bismarck carrying what appeared to be an AR-15 style weapon. A press release from Bismarck Police indicates the subject was located later and it was determined the weapon was a BB gun. No action was taken at the time because the weapon is legal. The press release goes on to say the subject is a white male, 5 feet, 9 " tall, weighing about 175 pounds, with dark hair. He's said to be clean cut and of average build. Authorities are searching for the man to take him into custody for a mental evaluation.
