County Commission Using Compensation Group

(Farmington, MO) St. Francois County Commissioners are utilizing a company called CBIZ to study the compensation factor for county employees. St. Francois County Presiding Commissioner, Harold Gallaher, says the company looks at study data to determine what county employees should be paid helping their benefits be competitive in the workplace.

A company representative gave a presentation on the compensation effort at Tuesday's St. Francois County Commission meeting.
