Desloge Highway 67 Bridge on Schedule

(Desloge, MO) Members of the Desloge Chamber of Commerce are looking forward top the completion of the replacement of the southbound Highway 67 bridge at the Desloge exit. Missouri Department of Transportation Area Engineer, Chris Crocker was the guest speaker at the group's monthly luncheon Tuesday and he told the crowd the work is on schedule to be complete by August 30th.

Also at Tuesday's meeting of the Desloge Chamber of Commerce Lieutenant Mike Ryan of the St. FRancois County Sheriff's Department, talked to the crowd about the importance of voting for the Proposition P for Safety issue on the August ballot. The measure would take monies form the internet sales tax and provide the Sheriff's department with more deputies and better salaries to retain them.
