Dress Appropriately for Hot Weather

(Park Hills, MO) With two days this week predicted to be at, or over, 100 degrees officials at the St. Francois County Health Center remind you to dress properly during the extreme heat. The Environmental Public Health Specialist, and Public Health Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at the Health Center, Donovan Kleinberg, says the type, and color, of clothing you wear is important especially if you have to be outside for extended periods of time.

Meteorologists with the National Weather service say the Parkland could see 103 degrees Thursday and as much as 104 Friday.
