During Heat Check on Family and Friends

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - With extreme temperatures predicted this week we are reminded to always check on those who may be effected by the heat.

Executive Director of the New Beginnings Grief and Loss Support Group, Kathy Grogan, says contacting people is very important.

According to Grogan, if you put excessive temperatures with grief, a person's health can be compromised. Grogan says a simple visit with someone can be all it takes.
