Elks Urge Residents to Ask about Veterans Clinic Status

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The new Parkland Veteran's Clinic that was promised by the Federal Government, may be delayed, or could not be built at all.

A Representative of the Mineral Area Elks Lodge, Louie Sieberlich, says government officials said construction on a new 60,000 square foot facility at Farmington, with more available physicians and therapists, would begin this year however no new news is coming from the government.

Sieberlich urges everyone to contact Congressman Smith, and additional representatives, to make sure the facility is still to be built.
