Fairgrounds Development Area Marketed

(Park Hills, MO) The over 200 acres of commercially developable property near the Fairgrounds exit, off Highway 67, is being marketed by the second largest commercial brokerage in the country.

Park Hills City Administrator, Zach Franklin, says local investors in the project are excited about what can be done to help the community grow.

Franklin says with the success of the Donnely LeMear Trailhead, and businesses that are opening in the area, it's just a matter of time before additional development.
