Farmington Child Pornography Case

(Farmington, MO) A Farmington man, 60 year old Mark A. Chaplin, will make his initial appearance in St. Francois County Circuit Court Tuesday. Chaplin is facing two counts of promoting child pornography in the first degree and four counts of possession of child pornography first offense. He was taken into custody Wednesday and delivered to the St. Francois County Jail.
