Farmington Man in Court Over Sexual Charges

(Farmington, MO) A Farmington man, 38 year old Andrew Carl Woods, has a court date August 25th in St. Francois County for a counsel status hearing on charges of 1st degree sodomy, 1st degree sexual abuse, and 3rd degree kidnapping. Reports indicate Woods is alleged to have attempted to have had sex with a 17 year old girl who was babysitting his children. Woods is accused of trying to hold her against her will when she attempted to leave. The incident is said to have took place July 10th. Woods was booked into the St. Francois County Jail but has been released on bond.
