Firefighters Respond to First Alarm Structure Fire on High Street in Fredericktown

Fredericktown, Mo. (KFMO) - Firefighters from Fredericktown and Cherokee Pass Fire Departments responded to a residential first alarm structure fire in the 900 block of High Street in Fredericktown Monday afternoon. The blaze was quickly brought under control by the departments on the scene, preventing further spread and minimizing additional risk to surrounding properties.

Although the home sustained extensive damage, officials reported that no injuries were sustained by residents or firefighters. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire.
