Flooding Concerns with Weather Changing

(St. Francois County, MO) Emergency Management agencies in the Parkland are gearing up for spring weather and what can become a serious situation, whether it's flooding or tornados. St. FRancois County Sheriff, Dan Bullock, says flooding was already a problem with the rainy weather of last week.

Bullock explains when someone drives off into water over the road, and gets washed off the road into rushing water, they're not only putting themselves, and anyone in their vehicle, in danger, they're also putting the lives of rescuers on the line. Bullock adds the best policy when you approach water over the road is turn around, don't drown.
