High Ridge Fire Victim Identified

(High Ridge, MO) Jefferson County Sheriff, Dave Marshak, is announcing the identity of the victim of Monday’s deadly house fire in High Ridge. The deceased is 67 year old Charles P. Willingham, the resident of the home in the 3100 block of Ruby Drive. Just after 3 am Monday morning High Ridge Fire personnel responded to the address for a residential fire with a possible victim inside. The Regional Medical Examiner’s Office determined Willingham died from smoke inhalation. The cause of the fire remains undetermined due to the extent of damage caused to the home. Investigators don’t believe it is suspicious in nature.
