Hit the Highway for Hunger Event

(Desloge, MO) The 6th Hit the Highway for Hunger special event to benefit the Elvins Food Pantry takes place Saturday. The President of the Elvins Food Pantry, Randy King, says this event is very important to help the pantry feed its clients.

King says motorcycles, jeeps, cars, and other vehicles are welcome to participate in the event. He adds your first hand is $15 and it's $10 for each additional hand. There will be prizes for 1st and 2nd place for the run. Registration takes place Saturday from 8 to 10 am at the Desloge Wal Mart parking lot.
