Intern Program Focus of Business Luncheon

(Farmington, MO) Some Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce members are thinking about having interns become a part of their business after Thursday's monthly investor luncheon. First State Community Bank Learning and Development Team members were the featured speakers at the meeting. A member of the Bank's Team, Jessica Mell, says they're objective is to help employees feel good about their job and look forward to a great work environment.
