Jefferson Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A 29-year-old man from Hillsboro, Aaron D. Phipps, is dead after a one car crash just before 9 p.m. Friday in Jefferson County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Phipps was driving south, at 6304 Klondike Road, when his car ran off the left side of the road crashing into a fence and a tree.
Phipps was pronounced dead on the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt during the wreck.
