(St. Francois County, MO) The Mineral Area Council on the Arts is a nonprofit organization that relies on donations to bring events to the community. The Executive Director of the Council on the Arts, Scottye Adkins, says their mission is to create and support opportunities in the community at an affordable cost.
To donate to the organization, call Adkins at 573-518-2125. The Mineral Area Council on the Arts is also accepting volunteers.
