Missouri Constitutional Amendment 3

Park Hills, Mo, (KFMO) - As our news series continues on the November 5 election's state constitutional amendments. Today we focus on Amendment 3.

The amendment deals with abortion and Missouri Secretary of State, John Ashcroft, says it would create the right to an abortion in the Missouri Constitution along with other proposals.

According to Ashcroft, if approved by voters, the amendment would also remove blame for problems during an abortion procedure.
