Missouri Legislation Impacts Library

(Ironton, MO) Directors of Missouri Libraries are following new legislation that became law July 1st. The Executive Director of the Ozark Regional Library, Michelle Swane, says this new rule is for Libraries to put something they already do into writing.

According to Swane, any child under 18 will have their library cards expire and their parents will have to come in and sign a new card. The new procedures for the library have been codified and are on the website ozarkregional.org
