New Rental Property Inspection Program

(Farmington, MO) Farmington officials are working on a new ordinance that would implement a rental property inspection program in the town.

Farmington City Administrator, Greg Beavers, says the city uses property maintenance codes from the International Code Council, yet in some cases, people aren't maintaining those standards.

Beavers explains they wopn't implement the program until January of 2025.
