Park Hills Man Charged With Assault

(Park Hills, MO.) A Park Hills man, 24 year old Cody Gilliland, is charged with felony domestic assault in the third degree after police say he argued with his pregnant girlfriend last Wednesday allegedly pushing the woman, throwing her against a dresser, and then onto a bed holding her there are saying he could "just kill her". It's also alleged Gilliland broke the woman's phone after throwing it out the window. The woman was later treated for a dislocated shoulder. Gilliland was taken into custody and booked into the St. Francois County jail. He's now out on $20,000 bond.
