(Park Hills, MO) Crews are still dealing with a water main break that took place Thursday evening. The break happened in the 200 block of Main Street in front of Raggedy Annie's Antiques. The 200 block was closed off with temperatures dropping quickly into single digits. There was so much water coming from the break that parts of Main Street were nearly flooded out for traffic. Park Hills City Administrator, Mark McFarland, says they should finish finish the repairs today.
Main street was re-opened Friday afternoon. McFarland says he wishes to thank Gene Frtische for keeping his store, Raggedy Annie's Antiques, open during the night so work crews could come in to warm up while the break was being sealed off.
