Park Hills Water Problems Update

(Park Hills, MO) Park Hills residents are still under a boil water order after problems with a pump at the water plant. Park Hills Mayor, Stacey Easter, says a pump went out and it caused the city's water levels to drop dramatically.

According to Easter they're also asking residents to boil their water from the Park Hills system and to conserve water as best they can until repairs are complete. Easter adds with the help of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources they've devised a plan to keep water flowing while the pump is being replaced. Easter says our extreme cold temperatures have only added to the problem by causing several water main breaks.
