Pavilion Dedication at Elvins Park

(Park Hills, MO) Elvins park now has a new pavilion after a special dedication was held Tuesday. Park Hills Mayor, John Clark, says the pavilion was donated by MOCAP.

Clark adds former Park Hills employee, Paula Lee, who died of the COVID19 virus, is being honored with a new playground at the park soon. According to Clark the pavilion will help improve the park and honor Lee as well.
