Potosi Elks Lodge Continues Backpack Program, Supports 415 Kids Weekly

Potosi, Mo. (KFMO) - The Potosi Elks Lodge is making a big difference for local children by continuing their successful backpack program, which provides food to students in need.

Each week, 415 kids receive a backpack filled with nourishing items to take home, ensuring they have something to eat over the weekend when school meals aren’t available.

According to Randy Eaton, the program has been a vital resource for families in the community. However, the Elks need assistance to keep it running strong. Donations are critical to help fund and sustain the program’s efforts.

Community members or organizations who would like to support this meaningful cause are encouraged to get involved.

For more information or to make a donation, contact Randy Eaton directly at 314-570-3675.
