Prosecutors Drop Case Against Day Care

(Park Hills, MO) Prosecutes in St. Francois County are dropping a case involving a Park Hills daycare and a four-year old child. Video surfaced on social media in June 2022 of a worker at All Aboard Play and Learning Center forcibly holding a special needs child on the ground in an attempt to calm the child. The video led to state discipline against the Learning Center. However, Prosecutors say there is not enough evidence of physical harm to the child for charges to be pursued.
