Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - The City of Park Hills held a grand opening and ribbon cutting, Wednesday afternoon, of its new Pickleball Courts at Haney Park.
Mayor Stacey Easter says the addition of the Pickleball Courts is more than just a new recreational facility, it’s a testament to the community's growing enthusiasm for outdoor activities and the city's commitment to providing spaces that promote health, wellness, and community engagement.
At the grand opening, the local Pickleball group was on hand to offer lessons. There were also refreshements and giveaways.
The new facility features two pristine, dedicated pickleball courts designed to provide residents and visitors with a premier venue for one of the fastest-growing sports in the nation.
The courts will be open to individuals of all ages and skill levels.
