Route 32 in Ste. Genevieve and St. Francois Counties Reduced for Asphalt Paving

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - Route 32 in St. Francois and Ste. Genevieve Counties will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform asphalt paving.

This section of roadway is located from Green Road in St. Francois County to Gerard Street in Ste. Genevieve County.

Area Engineer with the Missouri Department of Transportation, Chris Crocker, says paving will begin this week on a highly traveled area west of Interstate 55.

As construction is underway, flaggers will be present, and traffic will be guided through the work zone by a pilot car.

Weather permitting, work will take place Thursday, June 13 through Friday, July 12 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.  The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
