School Preparation With Winter Weather

Maintenance staff at the Potosi School District have an important job of preparing the exterior of the building for school during winter weather events. The Superintendent of the District, Alex McCaul, says the custodial staff begin by clearing off parking lots and sidewalks before snow and ice get packed down on the surfaces.

McCaul adds the custodial staff are the backbone of keeping school in session during the winter season.
