Sentencing Hearing set for Gregory

(Farmington, MO) A Bonne Terre man, 31 year old Andrew Paul Gregory, will have a sentencing hearing September 16th in St. Francois County court after a jury convicted him of second degree domestic assault and tampering with a witness. Reports show Gregory was accused of assaulting his mother at her home in Bonne Terre, where Gregory was also living. Court documents indicate he struck his mother in the face and choked her with a purse strap in October of last year. He faces up to 10 years in prison on each charge.
