Shop With a Cop Coming Soon

(Farmington, MO) The annual St. Francois County Shop With a Cop Shop event will be held at the Farmington Wal Mart store December 16th. The President of St. Francois County's Shop with a Cop, Lora Henson, says there's big need for groups  like this to assist in helping underprivilged children have a bright Christmas in the Parkland.

Henson explains the program began with Sheriff's Department deputies helping each child shop with $100 but has grown to include fire and emergency responders as well. St. FRancois County's Shop with a Cop began in 1986. 540 childrern, or more, will be served by the program this year.
