St. Francois County K9 Units

(St. Francois County, MO) Deputies with the St. Francois County Sheriff's Department rely on two K9 Units to help search for certain items and protect each other. The K9 Corporal, Alex Shumate, says the two K9 Units are used in a variety of ways that requires several months training.

Shumate adds training includes everything the K9 units will need for active duty.
