St. Francois County Overlay Projects

(Farmington, MO) Officials with the St. Francois County Commission are preparing several roads for overlay projects. The Associate Commissioner of District 2, David Kater, says they have bid out several overlay projects and since the oil price index, that effects the cost of asphalt, is so high it only allowed for four projects to be placed on this year's list.
