St. Louis County Motorcycle Wreck Fatality

(St. Louis County, MO) A Farmington man, 39 year old, Timothy A Minard, is dead after a two vehicle wreck in St. Louis County Thursday afternoon. Highway Patrol Reports show the crash occurred at 2:30 near the intersection of Missouri Highway 30 and West Watson Road. A pickup truck driven east by 72 year old Danny D McLaughlin, of House Springs Missouri, attempted a turn onto West Watson Road. McLaughlin failed to yield to oncoming traffic causing Minard's motorcycle to hit the rear of the pickup. Minard, who was not wearing a helmet, was taken to Mercy Hosptial South at St. Louis where he was pronounced dead. McLaughlin was not injured.
