State of the County Shows Progress

(Park Hills, MO) St. Francois County residents are looking towards the future of the county positively after Monday's State of the County Address given at the fine Arts Theater on the Park Hills Campus of Mineral Area College. The Presiding Commissioner of St. Francois County, Harold Gallaher, told the crowd one of last year's priorities, that was accomplished, was to build a new facility for the county Road and Bridge Crew.

Gallaher also said the new building was built using funds from the American Rescue Plan Act. The county received a little over $13 million dollars from the measure.
