Suit Filed After Fatal Wreck

(Bonne Terre, MO) A civil suit for wrongful death is moving forward after last weekend's fatal traffic accident that took the life of a 21 year old Ian Rasnic of Bonne Terre. The suit alleges 23 year old Bradley Judge of Desloge, the driver of the pick up truck involved, was careless and negligent directly causing the accident. Highway Patrol reports from the wreck show Rasnic was a passenger in a Judge's pick up truck. They were headed south on Vo Tech Road. The wreck happened just before 9:15 Saturday night as Judge lost control of the truck in a curve to the right. It ran off the right side of the road and crashed through several posts and a sign before rolling over. Rasnic was pronounced dead at the scene. The suit has been filed on behalf of Rasnic's father Chad Rasnic.
