Sunday Wreck St. Francois County

(St. Francois County, MO) A man from Valles Mines, 33 year old Aaron M. Jefferies, is recovering from serious injuries after he was hurt in a two vehicle accident in St. Francois County Sunday night about 8:15. Records from the Highway Patrol show Jefferies attempted to enter lane 2 of the southbound lanes of highway 67 from the shoulder of the road, just north of Beginnings Road, when the front of his car struck the rear of an SUV driven south by 49 year old Dana G. Moser, of Farmington. Jefferies was Flown to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis. Moser was not injured
