King Charles is now in Washington, D.C., for the first state visit by a British monarch in almost 20 years. CBS News congressional correspondent Caitlin Huey-Burns has the latest.

The suspect was identified to CBS News by law enforcement sources as 31-year-old Cole Allen of Torrance, California.
