The November Election Races

(St. Francois County, MO) There are just two contested local government races in St. Francois County in the November 8th elections. The race for St. Francois County Presiding Commissioner will have the incumbent Republican candidate, Presiding Commissioner Harold Gallaher challenged by Libertarian Candidate Ryan Cooper. St. Francois County Recorder of Deeds, Republican Jay Graf, is running against Libertarian Candidate Jacob Reagan Goff. There are three races of interest at the state and national level including the three candidates running for the open United States Senate Seat created by the retirement of Roy Blunt. Those candidates are Missouri Attorney General Republican Eric Schmitt, Democrat Trudy Busch Valentine, Libertarian Candidate Jonathan Dine, and Constitution Party candidate Paul Venable. In the race for Congressman of the 8th district incumbent Republican Jason Smith is running for reelection. He's facing Democrat Alan Green and Libertarian John A.
