Two Arrested for Alleged Drug Possession

(St. Francois County, MO.) A Park Hills man, 38 year old Jeremy Willis and a Fredericktown woman, 34 year old Jessica M. Noel, are facing felony drug charges after being arrested in St. Francois County Monday night by troopers with the Highway Patrol. According to arrest reports Willis and Noel were taken into custody just after 7 p.m. and both are charged with possession of a gram each of methamphetamine, heroin, and fentanyl. The pair was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. They were taken to the St. Francois County jail where they were booked and released.
