United Way of St. Francois County New President

(St. Francois County, MO.) The United Way of St Francois County has a new President.  Jessica Horton has recently taken the helm and says she's very excited to be heading up such a worthy organization that helps so many people.

Horton says she is looking forward to getting things underway over the next year, and she says she feels very comfortable in the job.
